What are the General Bearing Parts?

Bearing parts generally include: outer ring (seat ring), inner ring (shaft ring), rolling element, cage, dust cap, sealing ring, rivets, spacer, diagonal retaining ring, stop ring and stop screw, etc.

Bearing accessories include: tightening sleeve, withdrawal sleeve, lock nut, locking device, bearing seat, thrust ring, etc.

Tightening sleeve consists of tightening bushing, locking nut and locking device, which is used to fix the tapered bore bearing to the cylindrical shaft.

The withdrawal sleeve is also used to fix the tapered bore bearing to the cylindrical shaft. The use of clamping bushings and withdrawal bushings helps to facilitate bearing assembly and disassembly, and simplifies bearing configuration design.

Lock nuts are used to secure the bearing to the shaft or sleeve, and can also be used to mount and dismount the bearing in the withdrawal sleeve or tapered shaft.

The locking device consists of a locking washer, a locking card and a screw that secures the locking card to the nut. The smaller locking nut is secured by a locking washer and the locking card embedded in the locking nut slot is used to secure the larger locking nut.

Bearing housing and spherical bearing to form an economical, interchangeable bearing unit, to meet the requirements of easy maintenance, used in conveyor systems and transmission mechanisms.

Thrust rings are used to secure the bearing in the housing.
