● Introduction

Needle roller bearings with cage consist of ferrule, needle roller and cage. The bearing has small cross-sectional size, small footprint, light weight, high limit speed, high load capacity, and high transmission power. The shape of the needle roller is slender and the outer diameter is generally not more than 4mm. Bearings with or without an inner ring are used depending on the application. Bearings are divided into needle roller bearings with ribs and needle roller bearings without ribs. The rib of the bearing is on the outer ring, which can be a fixed rib or a spring lock ring. If the raceway of the shaft is quenched and ground, the removable inner ring may not be installed. If the shaft cannot be used as a raceway, that is, when grinding for hardening of the shaft is not available, such needle roller bearings with cage can be used. There are lubricating oil holes on the outer ring and inner ring of the bearing. According to the needs of use, lubricating oil can be added through the outer ring or the inner ring.
